Refund and Return Policy

Nuance Express Commitment

Nuance Express is committed to its customers' full satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with a product purchased, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange under the conditions described below.

Validity Period

The refund and return policy is valid for thirty days from the receipt of your order. After this period, no full refund or exchange will be possible. You also have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal from the receipt of the order. To exercise this right, contact contact@nuanceexpress.com.

Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the product must be in the condition in which you received it, unused, undamaged, complete with its packaging, accessories and instructions, and accompanied by proof of purchase or order number.

Certain products cannot be returned, including perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, downloadable software, and certain health or personal care items.

Return Procedure

To make a return, contact customer service to obtain the return address and instructions. It is recommended to use a tracked and/or insured delivery service for valuable items.

Inspection and Acceptance of Return

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, Nuance Express will confirm by email the acceptance or refusal of the refund request.

If the refund is accepted, the amount paid for the product will be reimbursed, including standard delivery fees. Additional shipping costs are not refundable. The refund will be made via the same payment method used when placing the order.

Partial Refunds

In certain cases, a partial refund may be applied, particularly when the product shows signs of use, is not in its original condition, is damaged or incomplete for reasons not attributable to Nuance Express, or if the return is made after thirty days.

Exchanges

Products are only replaced if they are defective or damaged. For any exchange, contact contact@nuanceexpress.com. Items sold at a promotional price are not refundable unless they have a defect or do not match their description.
