Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS)

 

Preamble

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern all sales made by Nuance Express on its website www.nuancexpress.com. The Customer accepts these GTCS before placing any order.

Products

Products are accurately described on the website and offered within the limits of available stock. Photographs are not contractual. Any unavailability after order will be notified by email and will result in a refund or exchange.

Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included, excluding delivery costs. Nuance Express reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but billing will be based on the price at the time of order validation.

Order

The Customer selects their products, validates their cart, chooses the delivery and payment method, and accepts the GTCS before confirming their order. Nuance Express reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for a legitimate reason.

Payment

Payment is due upon order. Products remain the property of Nuance Express until full payment is received. Payment methods are: Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal.

Delivery

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer. Delivery costs are borne by the Customer. The transfer of risks occurs at the time of physical handover to the Customer.

Right of Withdrawal

The Customer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal. Products must be returned in their original condition, complete and accompanied by the invoice. Return costs are borne by the Customer. Personalized, perishable, or sealed products for hygiene reasons cannot be returned.

Legal Guarantees

Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects in accordance with articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code and 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.

Responsibility

Nuance Express is not responsible for indirect damages related to the use of the website or products.

Intellectual Property

All elements of the website remain the property of Nuance Express. The purchase of a product does not grant any intellectual property right.
